Everything you see on this site is live in the demo. Add customers, build an estimate, run a timer, send an invoice, log mileage, pull a report — the same features, the same screens, the same production code. Nothing is stubbed out.

You get the actual AysOps application with your own account — customers, quotes, work orders, invoices, expenses, mileage, reporting and more. Three things work differently from a paid account:
- AI features are switched off. Everything else is available to try.
- Nothing reaches your customers. Any invoice or estimate you send is delivered back to you, marked [TEST], so you can see exactly what a customer would receive without anyone actually receiving it.
- No payments are processed. Add-ons can be switched on and off freely, and no card is ever charged.
The demo is separate and temporary. It runs on its own system, so nothing you create here carries over if you decide to sign up properly — you'd start with a clean account. Please treat anything you build here as disposable; demo data is cleared regularly.
Three things work differently
So you can test the full flow without real money, mail, or AI processing involved.
AI receipt reading, odometer photo reading, and QuickBooks-matching suggestions are disabled on demo accounts. Everything else — every screen, every workflow — works exactly as it does on a paid account.
Any email the demo sends — estimates, invoices, receipts, calendar invites — is delivered to the address you signed up with, whatever recipient is on the document. Nothing reaches your real customers, so you can send freely and read exactly what they would receive.
Turn on Online Payments and you'll be connected to a Stripe test environment. Use the test cards below to pay an invoice from the customer's pay link, or key one in through the built-in terminal, and watch the payment, receipt, and processing-fee expense land exactly as they would in production. No real card is ever charged.

Use any of these on a demo invoice. For all of them: any future expiry date, any CVC (3 digits, or 4 for American Express), and any postal code.
Test cards only work in test mode. On a live AysOps account they are rejected.
